At OptimumNutrition, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
